Stephen Kaplan, LMHC

Stephen Kaplan, M.A., M.Ed., LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with extensive experience supporting high school students, college students, and young adults. He specializes in executive functioning, anxiety management, social development, and helping neurodiverse individuals strengthen the practical skills needed for greater independence and success.
Stephen holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as graduate degrees from Florida Atlantic University in Counselor Education and Educational Leadership. Prior to entering private practice, he served for many years as a school counselor at an academically accelerated magnet high school and directed the Elementary School Counseling Program for the School District of Palm Beach County. Stephen brings a practical, strengths-based approach to his work, helping clients build confidence, improve executive functioning, strengthen social connections, and develop skills that support success in school, college, relationships, and young adulthood.
