  • Parents will differentiate between “Hard” and “Soft” skills
  • Parents will explain the role of Interpersonal Skills and independent functioning
  • Parents will discuss the skills set needed in the 21st century workplace
  • Parents will predict issues associated with the “Hidden Curriculum” and how it impacts their young adults
  • Parents will state how to help their young adult set adult goals
